Of course, yes. As a original factory, we accept OEM and ODM order.

For sample order, it is always within 7 days. For bulk order, it is 25-35 days. If we design a total new model, it needs 45-60 days.

All accessories have a warranty period. If the product cannot be used due to quality problems, we will replace it free of charge, if it is caused by wear and tear, there is generally no warranty period, but we can sell the accessories to you for replacement.

We have CE and EN15194 for electric bikes, ISO9001, TUV and SGS certification for factory.

I fully understand your point,but it's not cheap as you know,so it's not workable for a factory. When you send the order ,we will return the sample fee to you, or you can deduct it from the account .

We can add your brand or logo on ebike and package and it may cost some fee (about 100-200 dollars). We recommend to choose this service for bulk order.

Electric bike needs professional knowledge on shipment, less than 5 units, we choose DDP terms. More than 50 units, we choose FOB terms.

We have CE certification for HM20, considering anti-dumping tax, you applying for CE in Europe is better.
